Terms of use
Fletchwater · effective 22 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Fletchwater app for iOS. By installing or playing it you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Your licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Fletchwater on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. These terms sit alongside the standard terms of the App Store you obtained the app from.
Glints and river tools
Glints are earned only by solving puzzles and finishing Moon Runs inside the game. They and the tools Wend swaps for them (fireflies, Heron's Glance, reed markers, spare down and second winds) have no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they disappear if progress is reset or the app is deleted. The game has no in-app purchases.
Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, tamper with its saved progress, or redistribute it or any part of it.
Ownership
Fletchwater, including its puzzles, characters, artwork, music, sounds and code, belongs to its developer. This licence does not transfer any of those rights to you.
As it is
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, again to the extent the law allows.
Everyone is welcome
Fletchwater is a family-friendly puzzle game for a general audience. It has no accounts, no online features and no user-generated content.
Updates to these terms
These terms may change when the game changes. The effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to play means you accept it.
Questions
Fletchwater comes from Wesley Powell; questions about these terms are welcome at mail@projodder.site. How the game treats data is described in the privacy policy.
