Fletchwater · effective 22 October 2026

Fletchwater keeps everything it knows on your device. It collects no personal data, sends nothing anywhere and has no accounts.

1

What the game stores

To remember your place on the river, Fletchwater saves one small file on your device: which feathers you have returned and your fewest hops on each puzzle, your glints and helper tools, the rings you have earned, your Moon Log, the counts in the Field Notebook, and the shutters you set in the Hide (music, sound, haptics, tap to hop).

None of this identifies you, and none of it leaves the device.

2

What the game does not do

There is no sign-in, no profile and no contact list. Fletchwater makes no network requests, has no analytics or crash-reporting service, shows no advertising and contains no third-party SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites and asks for no device permissions.

3

How the saved file is used

It is read when the game opens and written as you play, purely so your progress is still there next time. It is never sold, shared or used for profiling.

4

Keeping or removing it

The file stays until you remove it. Holding the rope in the Hide washes all progress away, and deleting the app removes the file entirely. Device backups you make yourself may include it, as they do for any app.

5

Children

Fletchwater is a gentle puzzle game suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

6

Changes to this policy

If the game ever handles data differently, this page will be updated and its effective date changed before that version is released.
